Meagan O’Brien
Meagan O’Brien is a Boston-based illustrator, designer and muralist. Her largest murals include the Condon Shell in Medford and the Lombardi Underpass near Sullivan Sq. in Somerville. The Boston Landmark Series is an exercise in using simple shapes and colors to depict historical, iconic and culturally relevant places in Boston. The scenes use the unapologetically bold palette that Posca and Molotow acrylic paint markers provide to create vivid landscapes.
